Delete Account:

Want to delete your account in the Lumetry app? You can do this directly in the app. Follow these steps:

1. Go to "Settings" in the app.
2. Select "Profile Options".
3. Choose "Delete Profile".
4. Confirm the deletion by clicking the "Delete Profile" button.

Data deletion (login data, user profile data, technical data, measurement data [health data]) is automatic and immediate. If you wish to use the app again, you will need to create a new account. Please note, that once you have deleted the data, the data is no longer available, even if you create a new account. 

Alternatively, you can contact us via the contact form and request data deletion. Please make sure to provide the email address you used to register in our app.
